Biography
A global HR Executive Business leader with over 20 years of experience in several different industries that vary in size from 5,000 to 16,000 employees with revenue generation up to 3 billion dollars. Currently CHRO for the Blockchain Chamber of Commerce providing strategic direction and serving as the SME in human resources to implement best practices across the Chamber footprint. Prior to this role served as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources (CHRO) for ThyssenKrupp Elevator Business Unit Americas, as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and set direction for a global HR team located in the US, Canada, South America and Mexico. Accomplishments consisted of the following: 1. Reduced the administrative cost (head count, payroll expense, Human Capital Management) significantly in the US by creating a Shared Service Center by launching the Microsoft HCM (HRIS and Payroll module). 2. Partnered with the CEO of the U.S Field to streamline U.S. field organization (over 7,000 employees) to achieve desired EBITDA targets given by parent company for the next five years. Reduced U.S.Field from five regions to three with minimal interruption to the business and to the customer. Resolved the three challenges to the realignment action, with minimal cost to the company. 3. Identified diversity awareness by management and the entire employee workforce in the U.S. as critical element to the organization in achieving financial targets set in five-year plan.
